Publishers' Weekly

Good day to our lovely readers,

Publishers' weekly was launched last week and amsince then has became a tradition for us. Every week, we'll give you a short review of what we gave you for the whole week.

So for last week, we were opportuned to upload some poetry, a writer's emotional thoughts(muse) and articles.

Therefore, below are the list of the published works.

  • POETRY

The weeping martyrs

A poem that discusses the virtues of the African ancestors, their sacrifices during the colonial period as they strifed to ensure that all African countries gained their self independence in order to ensure self rule and put an end to the servitude at the period

It emphasized further on the aftermath of the independence, how the new government gave the opposite of what the masses hoped, how the government were corrupt and Africans find it difficult to develop and be in line with the developing countries.

It tells the African story in a sad tone, a story worthy to be retold

The day speaks

A poems that yells the story and the fate if every man as the dawn breaks, how cautious we all need to be.

  • MUSE

Uncaptured moments for the lost diaries

It's an unknown writer's thoughts. He narrates how he tries to suppress his dark sides and the sikents whispers in his young mind. He tells the reader about what he likes and what he doesn't, what people see him to be and what he really is.

He screams , and yet no could hear him screaming. He was lost in his own thoughts.
