The weeping martyrs
A poem that discusses the virtues of the African ancestors, their sacrifices during the colonial period as they strifed to ensure that all African countries gained their self independence in order to ensure self rule and put an end to the servitude at the period
It emphasized further on the aftermath of the independence, how the new government gave the opposite of what the masses hoped, how the government were corrupt and Africans find it difficult to develop and be in line with the developing countries.
It tells the African story in a sad tone, a story worthy to be retold
